The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted with application fee.

Yes. The security deposit is $500.
Do you offer parking?
We offer controlled-access underground parking for $100 monthly, per stall. Surface lot parking is free, and available on a first-come first-serve basis (resident permit required).
Is storage available?
Private resident storage is available for $35 – $55 per month based on size. Dimensions vary and can be provided upon request.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we do allow pets; 2 pets per household with a combined weight limit of 80 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. Residents must pay a one-time non-refundable pet fee (per household) upon initial move in. Pet rent for dogs is $50/month per dog and $35/month per cat.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month by:

– Flexible Options Through Online Resident Portal
– Rent drop box
– Flexible Options Through Online Resident Portal
– Rent drop box
What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for the cost of all utilities.
Utilities are billed to the resident directly from the property, along with their rent. Water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants). Gas and electric are individually metered (actual usage).
Internet/Cable services are available through Comcast, at the Residents’ responsibility.

Yes. Aura has on-site management and 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Does your building offer balconies or patios?
Every residence at Aura offers a private balcony or patio, with the exception of our studio floor plan.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Yes. We offer lease terms ranging from 6 – 24 months. Pricing may vary based on length of lease and date of move in.
Is smoking allowed at the Aura?
No. Aura is a smoke-free community.
Can an adult under the age of 55 live at Aura?
Yes. Only one adult per household needs to meet the 55+ age requirement.
